Appointed President and CEO in 2025 after serving as Head of Media and Evangelization, Kelsey Reinhardt leads CatholicVote with a bold vision: to ignite a new era of cultural renewal rooted in family, faith, and freedom.

 

A native of Gillette, Wyoming, Kelsey attended the University of Notre Dame on a full basketball scholarship and graduated in just three years. She began her career in Catholic public policy at the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops before joining the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia, where she spent nearly a decade in consecrated life.

 

After religious life, Kelsey held senior roles at EWTN News where she helped launch the first Arabic-language Catholic news agency in Iraq for persecuted Christians in the region and led five international news agencies in six languages. She also served as Interim Executive Director of Catholic News Agency.

 

Kelsey holds a B.A. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Theology from the Augustine Institute–both magna cum laude. She and her husband, Matt, married in 2023.
